In most cases, VividCloud provides complete, fully managed, dedicated teams to our clients. These teams work at VividCloud facilities but are available and welcome the opportunity to come to our clients’ sites for planning sessions, quarterly reviews, etc.VividCloud forms ‘hybrid’ teams composed of both VividCloud and client members working in collaboration.

A fully managed team begins with selecting the right people for the specific needs of each project. The team is a balance of seniority and earlier career stage engineers, as well as bringing the necessary background and industry experience appropriate for the project.
Teams are led and managed by Engagement Managers, Engineering Managers, and Technical Leads depending on the size and scope of the project and client relationship. Every project is under active management to ensure we deliver high-quality software and service to every client on every project.
Our project teams often change in size and composition throughout long projects. Some skills and highly senior people may be required in abundance early on but less required later in the project. Certain skills such as DevOps or database design are needed during key phases of the project, but not continually. Fully managed includes carefully managing our cost to the client with the right team size and composition throughout the project.
Fully managed means that if the team encounters a challenge that was not anticipated, the manager brings other people with specific expertise to keep the project on schedule. We often do this behind the scenes, informing the client without burdening them with these management tasks.
Fully managed also means ensuring that the client is fully informed of the project status with any reporting. The client always prefers transparency while relieving the client of the day-to-day management of VividCloud’s developers.
Most of VividCloud’s engagements are project-based, and we charge hourly. We typically begin each project with VividCloud’s Discovery phase based on the Agile-based Process. We develop a high-level strategy and roadmap for building and delivering the technical solutions your business needs.
