VividCloud has earned the AWS GenAI Competency, joining a select group of AWS partners who have demonstrated proven technical expertise and customer success delivering generative AI solutions on AWS. This puts us in a very small circle that less than half of one percent of AWS partners have achieved!

The GenAI Competency is AWS’s newest and most rigorous partner validation program. AWS created this competency to help customers identify partners with verified capabilities in designing, building, and deploying production generative AI systems. Earning this designation required VividCloud to pass a comprehensive technical audit covering our engineering practices, production deployments, and security controls.

Earning the AWS GenAI Competency required VividCloud to meet strict technical and operational standards:

Certified Engineering Team

VividCloud met the rigorous AWS certification requirements across all required specializations including AI Practitioner, Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, Developer, SysOps Administrator, and Security Specialty. Our team holds certifications at Associate, Professional, and Specialty levels. AWS verified these credentials belong to active engineers who architect and build production systems.

Documented Production Deployments

VividCloud demonstrated real results with real customers through multiple production AI systems handling live workloads. These go beyond POC’s and prototypes to show real operational systems running in customer environments with proven track records. The audit examined system architectures, documentation practices, handoff procedures, and operational runbooks from actual deployments.

Verified Security and Operational Controls

AWS audited VividCloud’s internal practices against modern software-defined infrastructure standards. The audit evaluated our approach to identity and access management, automated deployment pipelines, observability frameworks, and security-by-default architectures. AWS verified we build production-grade systems using the same principles we apply to client engagements.

Independent Technical Review

The final requirement was a comprehensive end-to-end technical review conducted by an independent third-party auditor. The review covered architecture decisions, security boundaries, disaster recovery strategies, scalability patterns, and operational readiness. Reviewers conducted deep technical assessments of production systems, evaluating design rationale and implementation quality. The review validated that VividCloud’s engineering team understands both the systems we’ve built and the production challenges they solve.
